So when Amway needed to launch their new “Switch Sell Build” app for their distributors, they encountered the challenge of promoting a then-unfinished app across various channels, including social media, web, and chat.
Our task was to integrate design and copy to encourage distributors to download the app as soon as it dropped. With a demanding deadline, we partnered with Amway’s IT team to create and obtain app wireframes and screenshots that we could use to share the experience with their audience. As the app development proceeded and functionality changed, we were required to make modifications to content quickly.
Despite these challenges, we successfully executed a multi-lingual, visually cohesive set of “social tiles” to help the app launch with generous opt-in from distributors.
